In recent years,the structures,systems and functions of railway multi-operation enterprises are optimized further,which develop prosperously.In order to encourage these enterprises to extend their industry chains and expand their market,it is important to give full play to the role of salary control and incentive system.Starting by the current salary management modes,the paper analyzes the problems of the salary incentive system and the related causes,and elaborates how to establish the salary management system connected to the market,to give full play to its incentive and controlling functions as levels and to strengthen the impetus to develop the enterprises.
