Extraction process of Chaifu Xiaoru Granule

Aim To establish the optimal extracting technique of Chaifuxiaoru Granules.Methods With the obtaining rate of extract and the total content of the TanshinoneⅡA presented in the extract as the indexes for the ethanol extraction process,and with the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total hesperidin presented in the extract as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process respectively.Results The optimal conditions for the ethanol extraction of chaifuxiaoru granules was as follows:6 times of 70% ethanol was added,reflux twice,1.5 hours each time.The optimal process of the water extraction for chaifuxiaoru granules was to add water 10 times,decocting 3 times,2 hours each time.Conclusion The method of extraction technology was reasonable and practical,and suitable to industrialized production.
