Extraction technique of lidanxiaoyan granules

Aim To optimize the extracting technique conditions of Lidanxiaoyan Granules.Methods With the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total emodin presented in the extract as the indexes for the ethanol extraction process,and with the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total baicalin presented in the extract as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process respectively.Results The optimal conditions for the ethanol extraction of Lidanxiaoyan Granules was as follows:10 times of 60% ethanol was added,reflux for twice,2 hours for each time.The optimal process of the water for Lidanxiaoyan Granules was to add 10 times of water,decocting 3 times,2 hours for each time.Conclusion The extracting method is reasonable,stable,and suitable for industrialized production.
