Abstract
Objective To optimize the water extraction technology and condition of Anru Granules. Methods With the extract yield and content of paeoniflorin as indexes, the conditions of the process was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment. Results The affecting factors of water extraction process were as follows:added water volumeextraction timesoaking time. The optimized water extraction technology and conditions were adding 8 times water and decoction for twice with 1.0 h for each time. Conclusion The process is reasonable, practicable and convenient.
