Extraction process of yangyinmingmu granules

Aim To optimize the extracting technique conditions of yangyinmingmu granules.Methods With the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total schisandrin presented in the extract as the indexes for the ethanol extraction process,and with the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total berberine hydrochloride presented in the extract as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process respectively.Results The optimal condition for the ethanol extraction of yangyinmingmu granules was as follows:7 times of 80% ethanol was added,reflux for 3 times,1.5 hours for each time.The optimal process of the water for yangyinmingmu granules was to add 10 times water,decocting 3 times,1 hour for each time.Conclusion The extracting method is reasonable,stable,and suitable to industrialized production.
