Preoperative nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with anxiety effectiveness analysis

Abstract
Objective:To understand the preoperative nursing intervention to alleviate anxiety in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy results.Methods:84 patients with pre-laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups,were used in the routine care and preoperative nursing intervention method and processing method to the postoperative care,using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),for two groups of patients,in the pre-laparoscopic cholecystectomy before and after to be assessed.Results:The preoperative nursing intervention for patients after laparoscopic gallbladder removal,SAS score was significantly lower than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:Preoperative nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy to reduce anxiety in patients with marked effect.
