The Effect of Different Nursing Care Methods on Preoperative Anxiety Level and Perception of Postoperative Pain of Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of different nursing care methods on preoperative anxiety level and perception of postoperative pain of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 97 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in our hospital as the research subjects,in accordance with the principle of informed consent,they were randomly divided into two groups,47 patients of control group with general nursing care,50 patients of observation group with integrated care approach,the preoperative anxiety level and perception of postoperative pain of two group were observed and analyzed.Results In the observation group,preoperative anxiety level was significantly better than the control group,and the perception of postoperative pain situation was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention has satisfactory nursing effect on gastric and duodenal ulcer patients,and is good for early rehabilitation discharge of the patients,so it is worth popularizing.Integrated care approach in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can alleviate preoperative anxiety and reduce the perception of postoperative pain,it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of attention.
