Methotrexate Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy mifepristone sinica 30 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 58 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group(28 cases) were treated with methotrexate alone,and the treatment group(30 patients) were treated with methotrexate and mifepristone,to compare the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment with statistical analysis.Results After treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was 93.3%,significantly higher than that(84.2%) in control group,with statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is more effective than methotrexate alone,which is worthy of clinical application.
