Clinical efficacy of ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone

Objective To observe clinical of ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone.Methods 35 patients were randomly assigned into two groups.The patients in control group were received methotrexate intramuscular injectionby qod 20 mg while the patients in therapy group were received methotrexate intramuscular injectionby qod 20 mg and oral mifepristone by 50mg/bid on two consecutive days.The curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were observed.Results Cure rate,β-HCG drop and clearance time,mass extinction time in therapy group were significantly better than control group,and adverse reaction was lower.Conclusion The combination of methotrexate and mifepristone is safe and effective,which was worth of popularizing.
