Intramuscular Injection of Methotrexate Combined with Mifepristone in Trea-ting Ectopic Pregnancy Curative Effect Observation

Objective: To analyze and summarize the clinical effect of intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 68 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy,divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group,the treatment group with intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with mifepristone,the control group only intramuscular injection of methotrexate. Results: The treatment group 31 cases were cured,28 cases were higher than that of control group,the treatment group the average hospitalization time was 12 ± 6 days,lower than that of the control group 17 ± 9,patients in the treatment group there were 11 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,2 cases of oral ulcer,adverse reaction rate of 38. 2%,higher than that of the control group of 8 cases in 1 cases, and 26. 5%, all adverse reactions are taking the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions: Intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with clinical efficacy of oral mifepristone treatment of ectopic pregnancy,reduced treatment time,to alleviate the suffering of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
