Clinical analysis of methotrexate for treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of MTX for treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods The control group was given mifepristone,observation group were given MTX combined with mifepristone,to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of drugs.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.21%,significantly higher than that in control group(68.97%);liver function abnormal rate of 11.49%,significantly better than the control group(41.38%),differences were statistically significant,all P 0.05,and the two groups had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Clinical efficacy of the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate is effective,has positive clinical significance in patients with retained reproductive function.
