Clinical efficacy of concurrent chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 60 cases with III stage non-small cell lung cancer under different treatment were equally divided into observation group and control group,two groups were treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy,the control group were given traditional radiation therapy method,the observation group were used three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy method.Results All patients were completed the treatment,the observation group's local control rate was 90.0%,while was 66.7% in the control group(P0.05).The esophageal,pulmonary adverse reaction cases and the degree of two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Cardiac troponin I(cTn I) serum concentration of two groups had significant difference in the radiation dose of 40Gy at the end of radiotherapy time(P0.05).Conclusions Concurrent chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for treating non-small cell lung cancer can improve the curative effect,the early radiation injury are not deteriorate,it is in favor of myocardial protection,the clinical application is safe and effective.
