Analysis of Effects of Conformal Radiotherapy for Recurrent Lung Cancer after Radiotherapy

Objective To explore the effects of conformal radiotherapy for recurrent lung cancer after radiotherapy.Methods 72 cases of recurrent lung cancer patients were divided into the study group and the control group using the random number table,each group had 36 cases. The control group received routine radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy,the study group received conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. Two groups of radiation dose was controlled under 60 ~ 70 Gy,1 / d,5 / w,7 weeks for a course of treatment. Results Recent tumor remission rates of the study group and the control group were 83. 3% and 50. 00%,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The 1- and 2-year survival rates of the study group were 66. 7% and 52. 8%,the control group were 52. 8% and 33. 3%,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The incidence of adverse events of the study group was 8. 3%,and 11. 1% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy compared with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,can improve the survival rate of patients with recurrent lung cancer,and effectively control the toxicities.
