A Study ln the Qualigy Standard for Ningshenjieyu Capsules

Abstract

Objictive To establish the quality standard for Ningshenjieyu Capsules.Methods Thinlayer chromatogramphy(TLC) was used for qualitative identifyication of Radix Astragali;Radix Angelicae Sinensis;The Paeontflorin was determined by HPLC.Results TLC identifyication was highly specific;The Paeontflorin area and content showed a good linesr relationship ym the range of 6-30μg and correlateion coefficient was 0.9999.The average recorery of the added sample was 99.75%(n=5),RSD was 0.76%.Conclusion The method is stable,accurate and precise for the quality control of Ningshenjieyu Capsules.
