Study on the quality control for Xuesanqi capsules

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Xuesanqi capsules.METHODS TLC was used to identify emodin quality in Xuesanqi capsules.The quantitative analysis method of emodin for Xuesanqi capsules was determined by HPLC.RESULTS Conditions of qualitative identity by TLC were suitable.The results of quantitative analysis by HPLC were good.The linear range was between0.14 g to 1.12 g(R=0.999 4),the recovery of average was 99.84%,RSD=0.43%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for the quality control of Xuesanqi capsules.
