Abstract

Law qualification,characteristics and establishment of professional sports clubs in China were studied.Conclusion:1)Professional sports clubs in China should present as legal person.2)Professional sports clubs had following characteristics:such as mercantilism,specialties in business,duality of their developing objects,transition of system and mechanism and limited by politics and economy.3)Ltd company should be main organization pattern of professional sports clubs,and some developed clubs(as soccer) could be developed in the pattern of joint stock company.
