Study on Mangement of Professional Sports Clubs--Law Issues of Professional Sports Clubs

Law issues about management of professional sports clubs are discussed as following aspects:rights and obligations;outer relations;organization setup and democracy decision making of clubs.As an enterprise the basic right of clubs is property right of corporation and its special rights are all kinds of favorable rights held according to law.The outer relations of professional sports clubs includes the relation between clubs with government and associations with other clubs.At present organization setup of the Chinese professional sports clubs haven't been provided with management organization of modern corporation,so there may exist some problems on inner supervision mechanism and democracy decision making.
