Characteristics and Application of Apple Polyphenol

Abstract

Apple polyphenol was one kind of the biological activities which had the stronger antioxidant capacity and antitumor effects.It was widely used in medicine and food industry and so on.The characteristics,functional activities and the applying direction for Apple polyphenol were analysised.And some indications showed that it was important to enhance the research on apple polyphenol and its industrialization.
