Abstract
Objective To evaluate the prevention effects of comprehensive intervention for high-risk populations in rural communities hypertension hypertension. Methods community intervention experiments carried out In Suzhou Wujiang Songling. In the experimental communities and control communities at high risk of hypertension were randomly selected 80 patients. General management carried out in control communities. Based on general management, the type to strengthen health education, confidant quantify management, town and village integration of comprehensive intervention carried out in experimental community. Six months and a year later,to investigate two communities at high risk of hypertension health knowledge, unhealthy lifestyle behaviors and physical examination results were compared. Results After a year of intervention, the experimental group health knowledge and awareness of hypertension was significantly higher than before the intervention and control groups, the prevalence of bad behavior( such as salt intake, oil, fat, exercise less, etc.) was significantly lower than before the intervention and control groups, blood pressure, waist circumference, hip circumference,TG was significantly lower than before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant( P0. 05). Conclusion For rural residents of the actual situation and level of knowledge,to develop targeted interventions for improving comprehensive rural communities at high risk of hypertension KAP level, with lower morbidity, prevention of hypertension, improve the health of residents
