Abstract

Objective To observe the change and the clinical significance of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of patients with acute leukemia before and after chemotherapy. Methods Peripheral blood T lymphocyte sub-groups of 30 acute leukemia patients and 18 healthy persons are tested by flow cytometry. And then analyze the statistical results of patients with acute leukemia before and after chemotherapy. Results CD3+,CD4+ cell levels and CD4+/CD8+ ratio of 30 patients with acute leukemia before chemotherapy were lower than those in the control group. The difference has statistically significant (P0.05).CD3+,CD4+ cell levels and CD4+/CD8+ ratio of 26 complete remission patients after chemotherapy were higher than those before chemotherapy (P0.05).Conclusion The cellular immune function of patients with acute leukemia significantly was inhibited.T lymphocyte subsets test can be used for the immune monitoring of acute leukemia patients and assessing affection and prognosis of patients. So T lymphocyte subsets test has a grate clinical significance.
