Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP HPLC method for drtermination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Qinggan Keli.METHODS Nova-pakC 18 column was used,the mobile phase was methanol water aceticaci triethylamine(14∶86∶1∶0.3)at a flow rate of 1ml·min -1 ,the detection wacelength was 327nm and column temperature was room temperature.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear(r=0.99981)in the range of 0.0256-0.512mg for chlorogenic average recovery was 99.53% and RSD% was 1.52(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is accurate,sample,sensitive and reliable and it can be used as the qualily control of Qinggan Keli.
