Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Qinggan Tablet.Methods TLC was used to identify Radix Isatidis,Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Radix Glycyrrhizae;and HPLC was used to determine the content of Glycyrrhiziate acid.Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase of methanol-0.2 mol·L~(-1) ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid(67∶33∶1) was used for the determination of puerarin.Results The TLC for identification was special and the linear range of puerarin was 0.36~1.80 μg and recovery rate was 98.33%,RSD was 1.24%,respectively.Conclusion This method can be used to control the quality of Qinggan Tablet better.
