Determination of chlorogenic acid in Qingfeiyin Keli of Chinese Medicine

Abstract

Objective To establish a method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Qingfeiyin Keli.Methods TCL-Scanning used.Results A good linear range of chlorogenic acid was shown at the concentration from 0.24～2.01 μg.The average recovery was 101.09% and the RSD was 1.69%.Conclusion The method was accurate、sensitive and credible,It can be effectually applied to the quality control of chlorogenic acid in Qingfeiyin Keli.
