Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection(疏血通注射液) in treatment of cerebral infarction(CI) and the effect to hemorheology and endothelin(ET)of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:80 patients suffering from CI were randomly divided into 2 groups. In treatment group,40 cases were treated with Shuxuetong injection 6ml +5%glucose 250ml intravenously drip, once a day,and 14days were as a therapeutic course.in control group,40 cases were treated with Xueshuantong(血栓通) injection 10ml +5%glucose 250ml intravenously drip, also once a day and 14 days were as a therapeutic course. The curative effect of two groups was assessed before treatment and 14 days after treatment by The Clinical Standard on Stroke patient(CSS),established in the forth cerebrovascular disease meeting of China in 1995.At the same time hemorheology and endothelin(ET) were observed. Results: The clinical effective percentage was 92.87% in treatment group, and it was 78.79% in control group. The difference between the 2 groups was significant(x2=4.1143 P0.05).Fibrinogen,blood viscosity, platelet aggregation were reduce after the treatment with Shuxuetong injection(p0.01).The level of ET(pg/ mol) before treatment in treatment group and 14 days after treatment in two groups is(64.12±5.59,49.34±6.16,59.56±6.21),respectively.The level of plasma ET decreased obviously after treatment in treatment group, and the difference was significant(t=9.6168,7.1255,P0.01).Conclusions: The Shuxuetong injection was effective to degrade the level of plasma FIB and ET,and improve the hemorheology and the function of endothelial cell. There is a great curative effect in the treatment of CI with Shuxuetong injection. And Intracranial hemorrhage was not observed in treatment group.
