Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction in patients. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into Shuxuetong Injection treated group (6 ml+0.9% sodium chloride 250 ml,iv drop,QD) and Danshen injection treated group(20 ml+0.9%Nacl250 ml,iv drop,QD).Results After 15 days, the effective rate in Shuxuetong injection treated group was higher significantly than that in Danshen injection treated group, with 90.0%and 67.5%respectively.Hemorheology indexes were significantly improved in Shuxuetong injection treated group (P0.01).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection significantly decreased the blood viscosity and had a good effect on acute cerebral infarction.
