Effect of Acutase combined with Shuxuetong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and their influence of Acutase combined with Shuxuetong injection on Hemorheology and plasma endothelin levels in the patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Meth-ods 104 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:52 cases in Acutase injection combined with Shuxuetong injection treatment group,52 cases in Shuxuetong control group.To compare the effects between the two groups after one period(14d) of treatment.The Hemorheology and plasma level of endothelin were tested in the meanwhile.Results Total effective rate and Symptoms and physical signs of nervous system in treatment group were superior to that of control group(P0.05).The level of hemorheology and plasma ET de-creased obviously after treatment in both groups(P0.05),but there was a significant difference between treatment group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion Acutase injection combined with Shuxuetong injection had a good and safe effect on acute cerebral infarction,and could improve hemorheology and decrease plasma endothelin levels.
