Abstract

The plant samples were decomposed by microwave digestion using HNO3-H2O2 as solvent, then the in-line addition of internal standads method was used, the trace Lead(Pb) and Cadmium(Cd) in the plant samples were determined directly by ICP-MS.The detection limit of Pb and Cd were 0.010 μg/g, 0.008 μg/g, the RSD were 1.34%~6.15%, 4.53%~8.51%, and the recovery were 94.0%~102.2%, 96.0%~100.0%.ICP-MS method was proved to be simple, rapid, sensitive and precice.
