Abstract
Studies the method to determine heavy-metal elements in the corn,by ICP-MS using microwave digestion.Microwave sample preparation, mass spectrograph interference deduction and calibration are discussed in detail. In the optimized conditions, according to analysis results of national standard reference materials(GBW10012),evaluate the accuracy of method. The detection limit:Cd:0.003μg/g,Cr:0.04μg /g,Pb:0.1 μg/g,the relative standard deviation 2.5%~6.0%,and the recovery rate 90.9%~104.9%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
