Abstract
The Pb and Cd in vegetable were determined by microwave digestion-ICP-MS.The detection limits of Pb and Cd are 0.14μg/L and 0.13μg/L,respectively.The recoveries of standard addition are 96.0%—104.0% for Pb and 95.0%—110.0% for Cd with the relative standard deviation (n=5)4.69%.The method is simple and rapid and was applied to the determination of vegetable reference samples with satisfactory results.
