Abstract
Objective It is to observe the effect of Xinnaoling on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided in two groups. There were 50 patients in each group. The curative effect was observed day by day. Results The apparent effect rate in treatment group was 70% and that in control group was 52%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). After treatment, there was obviously change on hemorheology in treatment group (P0.05), while there was no difference in control group (P05).Conclusion Xinnaoling can change hemorheology and accelerate the nerve function recovery. The curative effect is good and without obvious side effect. It is applicable in prevention and cure of every kind of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease.
