The Effect and Safety of Acutobin in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect and safety of Acutobin in acute cerebral infarction.METHODS 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observed group and control group;It has significant statistic meaning among age,sex,pathogeny and basic medicine treatment between the two groups.Observed groups(47cases) was given Acutobin 0.75u qd,iv.7～14 d,control group was given routine treatment.To observe the coagulation system.TCD parameter neurological damage were valued.Barthel index.CT and the medical side effect.RESULTS Observed group Fbg were decreased significantly(P0.01);TCD index showed obvious improvement(P0.01);neurological damage were decreased(P0.01);CT showed adecrease in cerebral infarction size and edema zone was smaller than in control group,there has no side effect.CONCLUSION Acutobin is valid and safe in curing acute cerebral infarction.
