Study of synthetie treatment on acute cerebral infarction under stroke unit mode

Objective It is to compare the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction treated with synthetic treatment under stroke unit mode and single west medicine in general ward. Methods Acute cerebral infarction patients in hospital were divided into treatment group and contrast group. The treatment group was treated with combination of TCM and west medicine, early functional rehabilitation training, psychotherapy and acupuncture. The contrast group was treated with general western medicine. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 92.7% and the cure rate was 45.8% in treatment group, but the total effective rate was 56.3% and the cure rate was 18.8% in contrast group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). Meanwhile, the improvement rate of infarction focus change in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group, and there was a significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion Synthetic treatment has significant curative effect on acute cerebral infarction under stroke unit mode and can decrease fatality rate and death rate of apoplexy.
