Abstract

Objective To studied curcumin influence on apoptosis of human bladder cancer T24 cells. Methods Human bladder cancer T24 cells were educated. And then, different density of curcumin were added into above cells and incubated to observe influence on apoptosis;Cell apoptosis rates were detected by flow cytometer (stained by propidium iodide). Results Changes of apoptosis morphology and apoptosis T24 cells: The condition of apoptosis in curcumin groups increased compared with control group; there were dose-effect relation in diferent curcumin groups. Conclusion Curcumin can accelerate human bladder cancer T24 cells apoptosis.
