Abstract
Objective The investigation studied curcumin influence on proliferation of human bladder cancer T24 cells. Methods Human bladder cancer T24 cell were educated. And then, different density(10,50,100,250,500μM) were added into above cells and incubated to observe influence on proliferation.Cell proliferation condition was observed by MTT.Cell morphology character was compared by color image analysis system(stained by hehematoxylin and eosin). Results The condition of proliferation in curcumin groups decreased compared with the control group, there were dose-effect(10-500μM)and time-effect(12h,24h,48h,72h) relation in diferent curcumin groups. Conclusions Curcumin can reduce human bladder cancer T24 cells proliferation.
