Influence of Sodium Ozagrel on neurological state and cerebral blood flow of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective:To observe the influence of Sodium Ozagrel on the neurological state and cerebral blood flow of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2010to April 2013were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 102cases in each group,patients in control group were given conventional treatment,while those in observation group were treated by conventional treatment combined with Sodium Ozagrel.Then the ESS and Fugl-meyer scale were used to evaluate the neurological state,the serum levels of norepinephrine,urinary catecholamines,phosphate,hs-CRP of two groups were also detected and compared.And blood flow of arterial in the brain and the hemodynamic of two groups were also compared.Results:After 7,14days of treatment,the scores of the ESS and Fugl-meyer scale of observation group were significant higher than that of control group,the serum levels of norepinephrine,urinary catecholamines,phosphate,hs-CRP were lower than control group(P0.05);the high shear whole blood viscosity and low shear whole viscosity blood of the observation group were lower and indexes of PSV,EDV and Vm were faster than control group;the indexes of PI were higher,the indexes of RI were lower than control group(all P0.05).Conclusion:Sodium Ozagrel can effectively improve the supply of cerebral blood,promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
