Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of midodrine hydrochloride in different delivery ways in the prevention and treatment of hypotension during maintenance hemodialysis.Methods According to different delivery ways,30 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypotension were divided into three groups,with 10 patients in each group.Group A was orally given midodrine hydrochloride 5-10 mg 30 minutes before hemodialysis.Group B was given midodrine hydrochloride 5-10 mg 30 minutes after hemodialysis.Group C was given midodrine hydrochloride 2.5-5 mg 30 minutes before hemodialysis and 2.5-5 mg 1-2 hours after hemodialysis.Results There were no significant dif-ferences in the total effective rate between group A and group B(P0.05).But the total effective rate in group C was obviously higher than that in group A or B(P0.05).Conclusion Midodrine hydrochloric can effective control the hypotension during maintenance hemodialysis,and it has significant therapeutic effect in the way of fractionated dose delivery.
