Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Midodrine hydrochloride in treating hypotension in hemodialysis. Methods Choose 23 patients of hypotension in hemodialysis, and give them Midodnine hydrochloride 5mg 30 to 45 minutes before hemodialysis, then observe the change of their blood pressure and their clinical symptom in hemodialysis. We can add 2.5mg when hemodialysis has begun 1 to 1.5 hour with the patients whose blood pressure haven't ascended evidently. Results Obvious effect 120 person-times (52.0%), effective 69 person-times(30.0%)progressive 19 person-times(8.3%),non effective 22 person-times(9.7%),so the total rate of effectivity is 90.3%. There is no obvious untoward reaction, and the contradistinctive result has statistical significance. Conclusion Using Midodrine hydrochloride to treat hypotension in hemodialysis is effective and safe.
