Innovation of nursing equipment results in promotion of basic nursing quality

Objective To achieve safety management of patients, simplify nursing work process and improve work efficiency, the reform and introduction of new practical nursing devices becomes significant measurements for advancing clinical nursing work. Methods A research team was set up in order to collect and discuss the progress of nursing devices, work out annual budgets and implementation plan, spread application of new devices, follow up the application effects. Results Systematization and standardization of nursing devices management could obviously improve basic nursing quality. Conclusions Reform and innovation of nursing devices are regarded not only as the standard of judging the professional level of nurses, but also as the basis of obtain nursing specialty progress.
