Abstract

Objective:To explore the method of group management of nursing quality,strengthen the nursing service quality and ensure the safety of nursing care.Methods: Establishing and improving the mechanism of nurses' training.According to work experience,professional direction and title,making normalized training about nursing theory,technical operation and nursing etiquette.Results:The nurses' service mind and active awareness have been improved.Conclusions:The quality of the nursing staff has been improved.Majority of them could solve the problems before patients need,and provide the nursing service during the whole process step by step abide by the plan.The satisfaction of patients has been enhanced.
