Abstract
Objective To analyze the irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions,in order to promote safe,effective,rational and economical drug use.Methods Outpatient prescription collected from January 2012 to December 2012,the prescriptions and the irrational drug use situation was analyzed in our hospital.Results The irrational drug use accounted for 10.11%,the irrational drug use types included repeated drug use,improper use of alternative medicine,unreasonable,affect the absorption and metabolism,combination antagonism,combined with increased toxicity and not necessary for combined and so on.Conclusion the outpatient drug use in our hospital has many unreasonable drug use phenomenon,the clinical workers should pay attention to it and maintain the health of patients.
