Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prescription unreasonable analysis, promote and improve the level of rational drug use. Methods: 34 282 emergency prescriptions were randomly sampled in our hospital, accorded to the manual medicine, clinical pharmacology expertise, to an analysis of prescription drug unreasonable. Results: The unqualified rate of the outpatient prescriptions in this group was 0.87%, irrational drug use was mainly a reflection of irrational drug use in the administration of the program, repeated drug use, dosage, solvent, use of pharmacological antagonists, compatibility, toxicity and the sum of the areas of drug contraindication. Conclusion: There is the phenomenon of irrational drug use in our hospital outpatient in different extent, rational drug use should be actively carried out propaganda, and vigorously advocate and support the clinical depth of clinical pharmacists, and physicians work together to promote rational drug use.
