Abstract
Objictive To understood the irrational drug-use about narcotic drug prescriptions in outpatient department,to ensured patients' medications safety and promote rational drug use.Methods 659 narcotic drugs outpatient prescriptions in our hospital were selected for a classification and statistics of the irrational prescriptions based on clinical pharmacological knowledge and documents.Results Irrational drug use mainly showed that administration unreasonable,repeated drug use,dosage was unreasonable,unfair compatibility and so on.Conclusion Medication information would be timely feedback to clinicians could reduced irrational drug use and incidence of adverse reactions.
