Abstract

Objective: To understand the situation of irrational drug use in our hospital, improve the quality of prescription, superintend the doctors and guide patients to use drug rationally. Methods: 3 076 prescriptions were extracted from our hospital outpatient prescription, seek out irrational drug prescription for sortting out analysis. Results: 73 prescriptions of irrational drug use, unqualified rate was 2.37%. Conclusion: The phenomenon of irrational drug use still exist in some extent in our hospital.
