Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in achyranthes produced in Sichuan. Methods:The separation was carried out on the Dikma Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(92:8).The detective wavelength was set at 210nm.The column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with the sample volume of 10μL.Results:The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 1-10 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 96.97% with RSD 1.02%.Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid, accurate with good repeatability and good recovery, which can be used as the quantitative analysis method of oleanolic acid for achyranthes produced in Sichuan.
