Abstract

Tumor cell metastasize by blood and lymphatic vessel, and lymphangiogenesis is obviously increased in patients with tumor.Lymphangiogenesis is regulated by many growth factors, such as VEGF-C,VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR- 3,and others.Physiology and molecular mechanism study on lymphangiogenesis will suppy new and more effective metiod for the treatment of malignant tumor, lymphedema, and other diseases.
