Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of polyphenol acid salt of Salvia miltiorrhiza combined isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 82 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into an observation group( n = 42) and a control group( n = 40). Patients in the observation group were treated with polyphenol acid salt of Salvia miltiorrhiza combined isosorbide mononitrate, while patients in the control group received isosorbide mononitrate treatment alone, for 14 days. After treatment, clinical symptoms,ECG and hemorheology changes in the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 95. 24% in the observation group and 77. 50% in the control group, the observation group had a higher rate than the control group. ECG effective rate was 90. 48% in the observation group and 75. 00% in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusions Polyphenol acid salt of Salvia miltiorrhiza and isosorbide mononitrate have a synergistic effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, the combined therapy of the two is superior to the single use and can improve angina symptoms and ECG performance, and reduce blood viscosity.
