Clinical observation of salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:The treated group (160 cases) was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection by intravenous drip once a day for 21 days. The control group (153 cases) was given western medicine.The clinical therapeutic effect were observed and all hemorrheological parameters were examined before and after treatment respectively and compared.Results:After treatment the clinical therapeutic effect and the hemorrheological parameters in treated group were improved than those before treatment and those of control group(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusions:Salvia miltiorrhiza injection is an effective and safe therapy in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
