Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Salvia miltiorrhiza freeze-dried powder injection treatment to the stable angina. Methods 134 cases of coronary heart disease with stable angina were divided into experimental and control groups randomly controlled in our hospital. Conventional therapy to the control group with aspirin, simvastatin and isosorbide mononitrate intravenous injection. As the experimental group,Salvia miltiorrhiza freeze-dried powder injection was added to the control group. Each group accepted daily intravenous treatment for 10 days, then collected the data. Results The effect is obviously in the experimental group.Compared to the control group, there was a statistical difference(P 0.05) in clinical efficacy,ECG and incidence of myocardial infarction. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza freeze-dried powder injection has a outstanding efficacy in treatment to the stable angina pectoris. It is worthy of clinical application for safety, effectiveness in reducing clinical symptoms and prognosis intervention.
