Injection with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenols Acid Salt Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective]To observe the injection with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,80 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group,40 cases of low-fat diet nitroglycerin,control of hypertension and diabetes. Treatment group(40cases of polyphenols,salvia miltiorrhiza injection add 5% of 200 mg of 250 ml,250 ml or saline water 1/d,intravenous drip. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,angina pectoris curative effect,electrocardiogram curative effect,nitroglycerin stop reduction conditions,adverse reaction. Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group effective 14 cases,22 cases had marked effect,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 90.00%. The control effective 12 cases,17 cases had marked effect,invalid in 11 cases,total effective rate was 72.50%. The treatment group angina pectoris curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05). Ecg curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.01). Nitroglycerin stopped reduction status in treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.01).Injection with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt.[Conclusion]Treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
