The observation of the effects of Zusanli point injection of tramadol combined with diazepam intravenous injection in delivery analgesic

Objective To study the effects of Zusanli point injection of tramadol combined with in diazepam intravenous injection delivery analgestic. Methods 400 puerperae were randomly divided into the observation group(200 cases) and the control group(200 cases),the observation group were given Zusanli point injection of tramadol combined with in diazepam intravenous injection,and the control group were given diazepam intravenous injection,then we contrasted the analgestic effects,duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section rate,natural childbirth rate,and neonatorum asphyxia rate between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the analgestic effective rate was significantly higher(P0.01),duration of labor significantly shorter(P 0.01),postpartum hemorrhage significantly less(P 0.01),cesarean section rate significantly lower(P 0.05),natural childbirth rate significantly higher(P 0.05) than the control group. But there was no significantly differences in neonatorum asphyxia rate between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion Zusanli point injection of tramadol combined with diazepam intravenous injection has a good effect in delivery analgestic,and safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
